Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) is seeking a Regional Director-Transfer Center to join our team. The Regional DirectorTransfer Center oversees the transfer of patients across multiple markets for the Illinois Division, and is responsible for the development, strategic planning, and operational oversight and management of the transfer center team. The Regional Director works closely with all referring sites across Illinois markets to build a collaborative environment focused on continuous improvement to support safe and efficient patient transfers. This role is also responsible for initiating planning and implementing strategies for improving Transfer Center systems and processes to improve patient access to care and service lines. The Regional Director is comfortable with change management and promotes culture change among nursing colleagues, physicians, service lines, and ancillary staff.

• Schedule : Full time, 40 hrs / wk, Monday-Friday
• Location : On-site in Springfield, IL

Pay Range : $53.07 - $79.60

A successful candidate's actual pay rate will be based on several factors including relevant experience, skills, training, certifications and education.
