The Marketing Manager at Aktiv Insight will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our brand. The successful candidate will be tasked with building a strategic vision for marketing our products and services and must be adept at driving leads through various advertising platforms. This role calls for a creative and analytical professional who can not only devise comprehensive marketing strategies but also effectively implement them.

Duties and Responsibilities Develop, implement, and oversee the overall marketing strategy for the company.

Lead and execute campaigns across multiple platforms, focusing on innovative lead generation techniques.

Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales objectives.

Analyze market trends and competitors' activities to identify opportunities and areas of improvement.

Utilize data and metrics to inform new campaigns and the evaluation of existing campaigns.

Handle the marketing budget effectively, ensuring maximum Return on Investment (ROI).

Oversee the creative development of promotional materials, website content, advertisements, and other marketing-related projects.

Communicate with external agencies and vendors to establish and monitor marketing projects.

Provide leadership and insight into the growth of online and offline marketing channels.

Engage audiences through social media platforms and optimize strategies for engagement and conversion.

Maintain the brand’s corporate image and identity across all marketing and public relations channels.

Regularly report achievements and updates to senior management and stakeholders.

Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.

Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role with a minimum of 5 years in the marketing field.

Strong knowledge of various marketing and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and content management systems.

Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns and other paid ad platforms.

Exceptional communication and organization skills.

Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task effectively.

Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset.

Adept at making data-driven marketing decisions using surveys, focus groups, and market analysis.

Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals.

Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
