Build and execute a strategy for client retention, satisfaction, and account expansion
Create scalable playbooks and systems to support company growth
Required Qualifications
10+ years in Client Success, Account Management, or related roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership position
Proven track record in driving client retention and satisfaction in a high-growth SaaS or PropTech company
Deep understanding of customer health metrics and lifecycle management
Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
