Job Description & Requirements Specialty : Long Term Care Discipline : RN Start Date : 10 / 20 / 2025 Duration : 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift : 12 hours, days Employment Type : Travel Facility : Webster County Community Hospital (WCCH) – Long-Term Care & Skilled Nursing Location : Red Cloud, Nebraska (rural community – reliable transportation required) Shift : 12-hour days, every other weekend Weekly Hours : 48 hours / week Contract Length : 13 weeks Start Date : ASAP Facility Overview 13-bed Critical Access Hospital attached rural health clinic 43-bed licensed LTC / Skilled Facility (no memory care or assisted living) Average census : 25–27 residents Staffing : Day : 1 RN, 1 Med Aide, 2 CNAs, 1 Bath Aide, 1 Restorative Care CNA Night : 1 RN, 1 CNA (additional CNA sometimes available 6–10 pm) Charting : Point Click Care Communication : Pagers Lifts : Sit-to-stand and Hoyer Medications : Medication carts with bubble pack; IV fluids handled at hospital Occasional blood draws by RN (rare; lab mostly comes from hospital) Qualifications / Requirements License & Certification : RN license in Nebraska or Compact State Active BLS (American Heart Association) Experience : Minimum 2 years RN experience in Long-Term Care setting Travel experience preferred About Nationwide Therapy Group NTG is a proud partner with healthcare professionals across the country.
