Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Comprehensive Ophthalmologist to join our thriving practice in Winter Haven, Florida . This is an exceptional opportunity to step into a busy, established patient base while working alongside a highly collaborative team of ophthalmologists and optometrists.

Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive eye exams and manage a wide range of ocular conditions (cataracts, glaucoma, macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy, etc.)

Perform cataract and other ocular surgeries, with access to advanced technology and ASC support

Provide post-op care and long-term management of chronic conditions

Collaborate with optometrists, technicians, and medical assistants to deliver patient-centered care

Maintain detailed records and ensure compliance with clinical standards

Stay current with advances in ophthalmology and contribute to ongoing practice growth

Qualifications

Completion of an accredited Ophthalmology residency

Board-certified or board-eligible in Ophthalmology

Active (or eligible) Florida medical license

Skilled in cataract surgery and general ophthalmology procedures

Strong diagnostic and communication skills

Team-oriented, patient-focused, and committed to excellence

Location Winter Haven, FL
