SUMMARY :
Under limited supervision, the Field Service supervisor functions as the lead of a field
service team and oversees technicians to ensure their work is performed effectively. The
Supervisor is involved in team decisions, hiring, training, and is required to make sure the
team follows all SOP's, KPI's and Lean Six Sigma programs.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Typically requires an associate's degree and five (5) or more years of related experience or
an equivalent combination of education and experience.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES
PHYSICAL DEMANDS :
forward reaching, overhead reaching, reach and lift, ladder climb and carrying / crawling.
LICENSES & CERTIFICATIONS : Excellent driving record preferred. All company vehicles
are subject to continuous video monitoring.
