Compensation :
$63,500 - $200,000+ at plan earnings
Responsibilities :
Provide exceptional communication, confidentiality, and expertise to our high-end clientele in Flagstaff, AZ, US.Organize your schedule efficiently to maximize success on a daily, weekly, and long-term basis.Engage, assess, and convert premium leads using Follow Up Boss (CRM) with a focus on timely and professional responses, active networking, community involvement, and personal branding.Monitor market trends, document engagements, and adjust strategies to ensure effective client acquisition in the luxury real estate sector.Be the go-to real estate advisor for clients preparing to make a move, emphasizing the importance of consistent follow-up.Lead negotiations and contract signings for motivated buyers and sellers, guiding them through the luxury real estate process with expertise.Identify client requirements, secure financing approvals, curate tailored property searches, and facilitate smooth transactions as a buyer representative.Offer expert advice on pricing, marketing strategies, and property preparation for optimal results in sales as a seller representative.Qualifications :
Must possess an active Real Estate Sales or Broker License specific to ArizonaDemonstrates a strong dedication, discipline, and commitment to achieving exceptional outcomesExhibits excellent written and verbal communication abilitiesProficient in utilizing CRM systems and managing client databasesOwns reliable transportation and upholds a high level of professionalismAbout Company
