Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Digital Restoration Artist to join our innovative team. This on-site role requires expertise in digital restoration tools and techniques, with a focus on maintaining the integrity and quality of original content. Ideal candidates will bring a minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience, a meticulous approach to their craft, and a collaborative spirit. The salary range for this position is $69,000.00- 72,000.00 USD a year.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project managers to receive and execute restoration assignments.
• Utilize cutting-edge restoration software to address film and video anomalies.
• Conduct rigorous quality control checks to ensure all deliverables meet company and industry standards.
• Accurately log time and update media order systems to track project progress.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and work with operational and client service teams to resolve challenges efficiently.
• Adhere to company quality guidelines and continuously seek to enhance workflows with input from the department manager.
• Ensure departmental policies and procedures are upheld, maintaining exceptional service standards for clients.
• Contribute to team initiatives and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
