Position Summary

Seeking a driven engineer to join our sales team, focusing on growing existing business and developing new opportunities. The role involves applications engineering, sales support, and field service work. Candidates should be comfortable in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. Training will be provided, including mentorship and skill development in product knowledge, market strategies, and business development.

Primary Job Responsibilities

• Provide application engineering and design support for HVAC projects, aiming to offer sustainable, technologically advanced solutions tailored to customer needs.
• Collaborate directly with engineers, contractors, end users, and food service dealers.
• Perform inside sales support, application engineering, and outside sales activities.
• Engage in presentations, quotes, submittals, technical support, site visits, and troubleshooting.
• Promote CaptiveAire products through calls, meetings, demos, and educational efforts.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities with current and potential clients.
• Deliver excellent customer service and go above expectations.
• Prioritize quick response times.
• Training in another market may be required for up to one year depending on HVAC experience.
