Employee Experience Coordinator
As the Employee Experience Coordinator at DS Bus, you will be a key driver in cultivating a positive, engaging, and inclusive workplace culture across our Kansas and occasionally to our Missouri locations. This role involves travel to various sites to ensure consistent employee experience standards and foster strong connections with our teams.
You will champion initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction, recognition, communication, and workplace environment, especially for our valued drivers and frontline staff. Your work will directly impact retention, morale, and the overall success of our organization. Pay for this position is $25.00 / hour.

Qualifications :
Experience in transportation operations or HR Coordinator field preferred.
Strong interpersonal and emotional intelligence skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication; adaptable to diverse audiences.
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Teams and SharePoint.
Ability to travel regularly to multiple Kansas & Missouri locations.
High level of integrity, fairness, and credibility.
