Job Title : Project Manager
Job Summary
ASI is seeking a project manager to plan, schedule, and coordinate construction project activities to meet deadlines. The goal will be to ensure all projects are completed on time according to requirements and without exceeding budget. This position will control multiple projects simultaneously.
PAY : Wage based on experience (possible increase after 60 days based on performance).
HOURS : Primarily : 7am-5pm, Monday thru Friday. Occasional 10+ hour days, & weekends / holidays to meet customer demand.

Duties and Responsibilities
Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long term goalsMeet budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysisOversee project productivity, costs, quality and safety consistent with company policies and practicesDevelop and maintain customer relationships to enhance company’s ability to procure projects, reduce risk, and ensure operational efficiencyMonitor the overall safety and quality issues on the projectComplete all other duties as assigned or requested for the general support of the organizationDetermine needed resources (manpower, equipment, and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitationsUse and continually develop leadership skillsAcquire equipment and material and monitor stocks to timely handle inadequaciesEvaluate progress and prepare detailed reportsSupervise the work of laborers and give guidance when neededComplete all other work assigned by senior project managerEducation
High school diploma or equivalentPreferably 10+ years of experience in agricultural constructionKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, as well as customers and vendorsDetail oriented with the ability to efficiently analyze and organize significant amounts of information regarding plan layouts, material deliveries and jobsite productivities.Ability to travel and work for extended periods of time on projects outside of office area.Strong work ethic and a “can-do” attitudeUnderstanding of construction procedures, material, and project management principlesKnowledge of MS OfficeLeadership abilitiesAnalytical skills to be able to solve problems that may come up during a typical workdayExcellent time management and organizational skillsWorking Conditions
