Hybrid Role, Local to CT Candidates Only Provide oversight, guidance and direction to CT-KIND Project Staff and the PMO vendor for the appropriate planning and timely and efficient development / procurement of the CT-KIND System. Project decision-making as needed and escalate issues to the project executive or designee.
