Supervise and motivate staff to deliver outstanding service and uphold the highest levels of professionalism. Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members. Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and implement operational policies and procedures that align with the restaurant's goals and objectives. Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth service flow, quality control, and adherence to safety and sanitation standards. Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and special events to optimize guest flow and maximize revenue. Assist in the development and monitoring of budgets, revenue goals, and cost-control measures to achieve financial targets. Monitor inventory levels, track expenses, and implement strategies to minimize waste and maximize profitability. Collaborate with the General Manager to analyze financial reports and implement adjustments to optimize financial performance. Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with guests, suppliers, and vendors to enhance the restaurant's reputation and service offerings. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional initiatives and special events to attract new customers and drive repeat business. Network and engage with industry professionals to stay updated on trends and identify potential partnerships or collaborations. Previous experience in a managerial role within a high-end restaurant, preferably in a Michelin starred establishment. Exceptional knowledge of food, wine, and beverage pairings, with a passion for delivering an elevated dining experience. Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and inspire a diverse team. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to interact confidently with guests, staff, and stakeholders. Proven track record in financial management, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue optimization. In-depth understanding of restaurant operations, including reservations systems, POS software, and health and safety regulations. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
