Brief summary which describes nature and level of workThis role supports all Test Fleet Activities as needed determined by Management or Station Coordinator.Role Responsibilities :
List essential functions in order of importance; include percentage of time spent performing each function (total should equal 100%)
Main responsibility – assign 90% of time spent
Perform detailed and thorough inspections and repair of all test vehiclesPerform SW and HW updates including reporting systems with guidance from Sr. TechniciansPerform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance of test vehicles as definedProvide full vehicle support for entire concern test vehicles as requestedAssist in maintain workshop tool, tire, and service part inventoryProvide technical support for visiting test groupsInstall, remove and maintain data logging equipment for information gathering from vehiclesInspection of assigned vehiclesReceiving of parts from Germany and other stationsSampling and collection of fluids with full documentationMaintain and update engineering tools such as iDEX, Diagra, ODIS, and CP Tool with guidance from Sr. TechniciansPrepare vehicles for scrappingPrepare vehicles for rotation for external driversAdditional responsibilities – assign 10% of time
Safety and cleanliness of work area is mandatory and common areasProvide overall support for tasks unrelated to vehicle testing for department operationsSupport of test driver needs and questions before and after shifts
