Job Description

SEM-Microscopy Technician-Contract Position

Responsibilities

• Collect, Prepare, image, and document the structure and / or composition of nanostructures related to semiconductor devices.

Manage the queue of samples and cleaving / analysis instructions from the Process Engineering staff

Qualifications

Hitachi SEM experience is greatly preferred

Physical Requirements

Job duties include the preparation and handling of small samples for analysis. The candidate should be comfortable manipulating small samples (less than 5mm) and tools (tweezers, screwdriver, scribe, etc.) under a microscope.

Ability to work

Compressed Work Week Night Shift (i.e. 6pm - 6am) and weekends is required.

Salary Ranges

$18.08 - $24.21

Individual pay is determined based on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, experience, skills, job-related knowledge, relevant education, certifications, and / or training. In addition to base salary, we offer (full time regular employees ) a comprehensive benefits package and for certain roles eligibility in our bonus plan and long-term incentives as applicable.
