IT Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Specialist to join our growing team in Atlanta. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting services to our clients. This includes resolving hardware and software issues, maintaining network systems, and installing new equipment. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for technology.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in person
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
  • Install, configure, and maintain network systems
  • Troubleshoot network connectivity issues
  • Perform routine maintenance on computer equipment
  • Assist with the installation of new hardware and software
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical problems
  • Document all technical support activities for future reference

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or related role
  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Experience with Windows operating systems
  • Knowledge of basic programming languages is a plus

    • Salary : $1600 per month (negotiable based on experience)

    City : Atlanta (local candidates preferred)
