STV is seeking a Senior Marketing Pursuit Manager to join our south / central transportation group. This position is designated as hybrid (3 days week / in office) and can be located in one of the following TX offices : Dallas, Frisco, or Houston.

Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with pursuit team for pre-RFP / Q positioning
• Participate in developing client plans
• Provide leadership and direction for large, complex strategic pursuits
• Lead pursuit development meetings
• Analyze RFQ / Ps and evaluate scope requirements
• Coordinate with teaming partners
• Tailor and / or develop creative, compelling non-technical narratives
• Prepare creative, strategic, high-quality submissions and presentations
• Storyboard pursuits in collaboration with graphic designers
• Guide and assist technical staff
• Drive the leadership of color review meetings
• Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail
• Coordinate independent QC review
• Manage production process
• Coach presenters on content development
• Initiate and participate in client debriefs
• Work collaboratively with technical professionals

Compensation Range : $100,226.48 - $133,635.31
