About the Role :

We’re seeking an experienced, self-sufficient Senior Backend Developer to join our global team. In this role, you’ll have the freedom to architect solutions while contributing directly to our live healthcare cloud platform . You’ll work on feature development, system architecture, and possibly even ML- and AI-driven integrations to keep our product at the forefront of the industry.

Responsibilities

Feature development : Design, build, and maintain new platform features in collaboration with product and engineering teams.

Codebase ownership : Deliver clean, reliable code through bug fixes, testing, and peer reviews.

System architecture : Architect and refine scalable backend solutions.

Cross-functional projects : Contribute to side projects that increase product versatility and client value.

Collaboration : Communicate clearly and effectively with our international team.

What you bring

Hard Skills

5+ years of Back-End development experience , with strong proficiency in Python .

Hands-on expertise with AWS and data warehousing solutions (especially Snowflake ).

Familiarity with React (for context in full-stack projects).

Bonus : Experience integrating Machine Learning / AI models into back-end systems.

Soft Skills

Initiative & Independence : Comfortable working autonomously and driving projects forward.

Accountability : Strong sense of ownership and responsibility for outcomes.

Communication : Fluency in English, with the ability to collaborate in a distributed, global team.
