Vice President of Product

A company is looking for a Vice President of Product - Mid-Cycle and Backend RCM Platform.

Key Responsibilities

Define and execute the product vision and strategy for the mid-cycle and backend RCM portfolio

Lead the roadmap for coding, billing, payment posting, AR & denials, and analytics to improve efficiency and financial performance

Develop and manage a team of product managers and analysts, promoting a culture of accountability and innovation

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred

12-18 years of leadership experience in healthcare technology and RCM, with 8+ years in product management roles

Proven track record of building and scaling RCM software products, preferably multi-tenant SaaS platforms

Experience working with cross-functional and globally distributed teams, particularly with engineering teams in India

Familiarity with EMR integrations, compliance standards, and RCM performance metrics
