Well-respected Lakeland insurance agency is seeking an account manager to work on a middle market desk. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently. Responsibilities include marketing, servicing, and maintaining the book of business, which is a true generalist role. This position supports one sales producer within the office.

Experience with Epic software is a significant advantage. The agency offers excellent benefits, a comfortable work environment, minimal overtime, and a hybrid work schedule.

Requirements :

• At least 3 years of independent agency experience
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
