Data Center Operations Manager / Site Lead ONSITE

Our client, a leading organization in the technology and infrastructure sector, is seeking a Data Center Operations Manager / Site Lead ONSITE to join their team. As a manager, you will be part of the operations department supporting critical infrastructure management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and operational rigor, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title : Data Center Operations Manager / Site Lead ONSITE

Location : Racine County, Wisconsin

Pay Range : Negotiable

What's the Job?

Own day-to-day operations of the data center site, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning

Coordinate cross-disciplinary teams including facilities, technical staff, and contractors

Ensure adherence to SLAs, planning, operations & maintenance, and stakeholder alignment

Oversee capacity planning, growth roadmap, and refresh cycles to support organizational expansion

Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and quality control to maintain high standards

What's Needed?

7+ years of experience in operations, infrastructure, or data center management

Proven P&L and budget responsibility with strong financial acumen

Excellent leadership, communication, and operational skills

Deep knowledge of facility and IT cross-domain systems

Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field
