Engineering Manager

A company is looking for a Manager, Engineering (Guarded Containers).

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a diverse engineering team focused on image build tooling and infrastructure

Oversee multiple projects, removing blockers and ensuring efficient team operations

Set quality standards and drive improvements in test infrastructure and build systems

Required Qualifications

Proven experience managing engineering teams in container technologies or cloud infrastructure

Experience in building and scaling distributed systems and automation for container images

Strong organizational skills and project management capabilities

Ability to drive technical vision and cross-team collaboration

Experience working with remote or distributed teams is a plus
