Key Responsibilities
Meet performance goals in patient satisfaction, accuracy, quality, and attendance
Provide services to customers while acting as a patient advocate and managing sensitive information
Utilize company systems to address customer needs, including appointments, authorizations, and benefits
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma / GED or equivalent experience
Must be 18 years of age or older
2+ years of experience in a customer service role
Proficiency with Microsoft suite and ability to navigate multiple chat channels
Ability to work full-time, including flexibility for overtime, weekends, and holidays
