Position Summary
Were searching for a
Social & Community Manager
to strategically scale Eden Brothers social presence, creator and influencer network, and community impact. This is a key role on the marketing team, helping to define how our brand shows up and bringing fresh energy to how gardeners discover and engage us.
The ideal candidate is a naturally-curious, community-first creator who knows how to turn everyday social conversations into meaningful brand moments. They are passionate about gardening and thrive on connecting people through shared stories, values and inspiration. They are confident testing new formats and tactics, and have a deep understanding of how organic social, paid social, and creators work together to drive results.
This role is open to remote candidates in the Southeastern US, with strong preference for candidates located in the Asheville, NC or Charlotte, NC areas. Must be willing to travel to our HQ on a regular basis.
What You'll Do
Social & Community Leadership
Lead everyday social management, with a heavy focus on Meta, TikTok and YouTube.
Build relevance and social capital within key social gardening communities.
Translate social listening insights and brand mentions into actionable engagement opportunities.
Collaborate cross-functionally to bring social ideas into key campaign moments.
Creator & Influencer Sourcing
Develop campaign briefs in collaboration with in-house and agency partners.
Plan, source and scale UGC, CGC, and EGC assets for a diverse, effective media mix.
Act as the primary point of contact for creator and influencer partnerships.
Content Creation & Execution
Plan and develop effective platform-native creative within Edens content pillars.
Adapt organic content into high-performance paid asset variations.
Test new formats, tactics, trends and themes to keep Eden Brothers at the forefront.
Create community-led moments like challenges, giveaways and series that deepen engagement.
Analysis-to-Strategy Loop
Partner closely with the VP of Marketing to develop our social strategy and investments.
Monitor, benchmark and report on key social metrics, with team support.
Identify top-performing messaging and creative to find new opportunities for testing.
Stay ahead of platform, cultural and category-specific trends and activate quickly.
Build and maintain a creative inspiration library, regularly adding new organic and paid tactics.
Required Skills
3-5 years of experience in social management in a brand or agency environment.
Strong creative skills video editing, copywriting, and a keen eye for design.
Proven ability to grow and engage audiences on TikTok or Meta.
Familiar with creator and influencer sourcing platforms and management tools.
Proficiency in data interpretation for social KPIs and strong narrative building skills.
