12pm-8pm, some weekends

The ideal candidate for our organization serves a very important role in the success of our brand, culinary culture, vision, and future. Our Food Philosophy in our scratch kitchens is that "We are passionate about our food and want you to feel the same excitement and fun. Our menus feature fresh and healthy options alongside the more indulgent ones. We see our service as a journey incorporating seasonal trends, needs and wants." In this role, you will be responsible for preparing meals and following established recipes. Supports the kitchen staff and ensures the restaurants run smoothly through each meal service. Assists in the training and development of line cooks and prep staff.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements :

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of four years' progressive responsibility in a full-service restaurant, catering, healthcare, country club / hotel, or cruise line environment
• ServeSafe Certification (or willing to obtain within the three-month introductory period)
• Experienced in all cooking stations and methods

Pay Range

$20.60 - $25.30 / hour. Starting rate will vary based on skills and experience.
