As Restaurant Manager, you're the pulse of the operationleading the team, elevating the guest experience, and driving performance with precision and flair. You're hands-on, solutions-focused, and thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments. From floor presence to back-office strategy, you keep Realm running smoothly, sharply, and unforgettable.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations across lounge, dining, and event spaces with confidence and control
• Hire, train, and develop a high-performing front-of-house team
• Maintain a strong floor presence, ensuring service standards and guest satisfaction
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar leadership to ensure seamless service and communication
• Monitor labor, inventory, and cost controls to meet financial targets
• Handle guest feedback with professionalism and urgency
• Uphold cleanliness, safety, and compliance standards across all areas
• Support marketing initiatives, promotions, and special events
• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and hospitality excellence
