This position is responsible for the installation and administration of assigned contracts, including, but not limited to structure building and billing set up, eligibility collection, structure revisions, researching & resolving structure issues, database loading, and preparation of plan materials such as administrative documents and customer education materials. Positions are responsible for overall contract loading using various databases and / or source documents. May research installation issues & develop customer specific resolutions. May include auditing contract loads for adherence to quality measures and reporting standards.

This position is full-time, Monday - Friday. Employees are required to work an 8-hour shift schedule during our normal business hours of 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM PST. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime or weekends.

This will be paid on-the-job training, and the hours of the training will be aligned with your schedule from Monday - Friday.

Primary Responsibilities :

• Manage intake, assisting with projects
• Triage requests based on status of provider
• Communicate with Care Delivery Organizations
• Communicate with providers
• Process and distribute various different contract documents
• Training internal teams on systems
• Uses pertinent data and facts to identify and solve a range of problems within area of expertise
• Investigates non-standard requests and problems, with some assistance from others
• Works exclusively within a specific knowledge area
• Prioritizes and organizes own work to meet deadlines
• Provides explanations and information to others on topics within area of expertise
• Other tasks as assigned

The hourly pay for this role will range from $23.41 - $41.83 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
