The Bookkeeper will be responsible for managing financial transactions, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and support in daily operations.
Key Responsibilities :
Maintaining Accurate Financial Records : This includes recording all business transactions, reconciling bank statements, stock reconciliation, AR, AP, Inter-Company reconciliation, other related financial records and ensuring the general ledger is accurate.
Managing Accounts Receivable and Payable : Process invoices, payments, and collections while maintaining accurate records.
Assisting with Tax Filing : Assist in tax filings and ensure compliance with U.S. financial regulations.
Stakeholder Communication : Liaise with vendors, banks, and internal teams for financial reporting and compliance matters.
Provide Supports to Operation : Coordinate and work closely with the operation team on daily operation.
Audit Coordination : Work with external auditors to ensure smooth financial audits.
Cross-border Communication : Liaise with the HQ finance team for financial reporting and compliance matters.
Other Ad-hoc Duties : Assist in any ad-hoc tasks assigned.
Required Skills & Experience
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in accounting, or equivalent experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
1–3 years of experience in bookkeeping.
Excellent communication skills to coordinate with HQ.
