Description : ABOUT THE ROLE
The General Manager of Sales is responsible for providing leadership and direction for a team of sales
managers and sales personnel in order to achieve the established sales targets of growth and revenue for
the assigned geographic region.This includes, but is not limited to, the achievement of sales and profitability objectives for the region, thedevelopment of the assigned sales team, the support and implementation of recruitment, training,development and management of a professional sales force, the oversight of customer complaint resolutionsand the management of the overall sales area administrative system to support the activities of the area salesteam.

maintain acceptable DSO and minimize outstanding past-due balances, broaden & deepen the business
relationship with the customer

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Education : Bachelor's degree or 15 years of equivalent experience with at least 10 years managing a
business >
$100m annually.
Additonal Experience : 3-5 years of commercial experience required (business
development, marketing, sales, channel management, construction materials experience preferred (RMX
concrete, aggregates, paving, civil contracting)
Additional Education Preferred : Master's degree
Required Technical Skills : Proficient in Microsoft skills; working knowledge in SAP
Travel Requirements : 25% Travel required
Additional Requirements :
Personal Protection Equipment ("PPE"), including but not limited to respirators. Subject to applicable
law, employees that are required to wear respirators must be clean shaven where the respirator seal
meets the face in order to pass the qualitative and quantitative fit tests.
