What We’re Looking For :

Prior experience in fine dining or upscale restaurants

Strong knowledge of Italian cuisine and wine (training provided)

Excellent communication and guest-relations skills

Ability to anticipate guest needs and deliver gracious, attentive service

Team player with a professional appearance and demeanor
