Asset Protection Specialist - Multiple Locations [DNV] at Albertsons Companies.

A Day In The Life : As the Asset Protection Specialist, no one day is ever the same. You are focused on preventing loss and controlling shrink by monitoring various areas of the store for fraud, compliance discrepancies, and other related activities. You work to identify potential concerns through the use of video surveillance and other systems and apprehend in accordance with company policy, local and state laws with safety as the prevailing priority. The Asset Protection Specialist ensures the store is a safe and secure environment for our customers, associates, and business partners.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor areas of the store for fraud, compliance discrepancies, and other related activities.
  • Identify potential concerns through surveillance and other systems.
  • Apprehend in accordance with company policy, local and state laws, with safety as the priority.
  • Contribute to a safe and secure store environment for customers, associates, and business partners.

Qualifications

  • You are 18 years of age or older.
  • Experience in loss prevention, asset protection or other related experiences.
  • You take pride in the work you do, whether big or small.
  • You consider safety and welfare of yourself and others a priority.
  • Willingness to work in varying environments, both in store and on the outside perimeter.
  • Ability to approach challenges in a positive, kind manner.
  • Enjoy building relationships and teaching others.
