Salary Range : $70,000 - $80,000 / year

FLSA Status : Exempt, Full-Time

Job Description :

The E-Commerce Channel Manager provides strategic leadership and oversight of all digital marketplace operations, driving profitable growth across multiple online retail platforms. Reporting to the Director of Digital Sales, this role is accountable for developing and executing channel strategies that enhance brand visibility, ensure compliance with platform standards, and optimize product performance through data-driven insights.

As a key stakeholder in the organization’s digital commerce strategy, the E-Commerce Channel Manager partners cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, finance, and operations teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience and achieve revenue and margin objectives. This position requires a deep understanding of e-commerce ecosystems, marketplace dynamics, and performance analytics to effectively manage relationships, identify opportunities, and execute with precision in a fast-paced digital environment.

Key Duties & Responsibilities :

  • Manage and nurture strategic relationships with key e-commerce platforms, including Home Depot, Walmart, eBay, Shopify, Amazon, and others.
  • Oversee the creation, optimization, and governance of product listings to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with brand and compliance standards.
  • Monitor platform policies, terms of service, and regulatory requirements to mitigate risk and maintain full compliance.
  • Analyze sales performance, traffic patterns, and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth and operational improvement.
  • Partner cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, and customer service teams to align promotional strategies and ensure inventory readiness.
  • Develop and execute channel-specific strategies designed to accelerate sales, strengthen brand visibility, and elevate the customer experience.
  • Plan, coordinate, and evaluate platform advertising initiatives, tracking ROI to maximize marketing investments.
  • Lead pricing and promotional strategies to maintain competitiveness and profitability across channels.
  • Deliver regular performance reports encompassing key metrics such as sales, conversion, traffic, and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay ahead of emerging e-commerce trends, platform innovations, and competitive activities to proactively evolve channel strategies.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.

Requirements : What We Look For :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or related field
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience managing e-commerce channels or online retail platforms.
  • Proficient in SEO and digital marketing strategies for e-commerce, digital marketplaces, product listing tools, Amazon Advertising, Google Ads and e-commerce best practices.
  • Proficient in e-commerce management tools and platforms, including Walmart.com, and HomeDepot.com., Amazon Seller Central, ChannelAdvisor, Shopify,
  • Understanding of inventory management, fulfillment processes, and supply chain coordination.
  • Strong analytical acumen with the ability to interpret sales data, performance metrics, and market trends.
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and negotiation skills.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, self-motivated, resourceful, with strong project management capabilities, with the ability work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Knowledge of lighting products preferred

  • This is a remote position with the expectation to travel for relative meetings and events for this position
