A company is looking for an Arbitrator I to resolve customer complaints and ensure compliance with arbitration policies.
Key Responsibilities
Review customer claims to verify compliance with arbitration policies
Investigate basic cases and interface with various departments during the complaint resolution process
Prepare communication for resolution and mediate disputes to reach mutually acceptable solutions
Required Qualifications
A high school diploma or GED and less than 2 years of related experience
Accuracy and attention to detail
Organizational and time management skills
The ability to adapt in a fluid and changing environment
Preferred : 1+ years of automotive or body shop experience
