Insta-Cash Pawn is looking for a qualified bilingual individual to join our team. One year minimum experience in the pawn industry is required for this position. As a member of our Management Team, you will be responsible for all Pawnbroker tasks including writing pawn loans, processing buys, sales to retail customers and providing great customer service. Additionally, the Management Team is also responsible for supervising employees, assigning employees to specific tasks, taking inventories, training, reconciling cash with sales receipts, keeping operating records and / or preparing daily paperwork. The Management Team ensures compliance of employees.

• Keep sales floor clean and maintain display of merchandise
• Perform sales and loan transactions
