Job Overview

This position provides administrative assistance to the Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery pre-doctoral director with coordinating semester course preparations, student rotation schedules, student externships, pre-doctoral faculty affairs / meetings and interdepartmental affairs. Excellent communication skills are required for this position, and a pleasant and caring attitude is necessary when interacting with faculty, staff and students.

Required Skills

Associate's degree required and 3-5 years of experience.
