This resource will report to Solution Engineering Manager and lead a technical team focused on software development, vendor software product configuration, customization, technical issue resolution, and delivery of the final solution.
- Provides technical direction for the requirement capturing, application design, development, testing, configuration, customization, systems integration from definition phase of the project through implementation phase.
- Reviews proposals for technology systems and provides direction including build / buy.
- Recognizes system deficiencies and implements effective solutions.
- Creates detailed work breakdown structure (WBS) / User Stories for the technical team’s activities.
- Responsible for Build, Test & Deploy Products / Solutions to meet Business objectives / requirements.
- Ensures the timely completion of technical of project deliverables.
- Communicates effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders to identify needs and evaluate alternative technical solutions.
- Manages multiple tech teams simultaneously.
- Ability to influence and build relationships and demonstrate team leadership in all interactions.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
