Our team, formerly known as Cable Hill Partners, has been serving clients for over 11 years, helping them align their financial lives with their values, while ensuring our work reflects our own. We are a team of individuals who strive for excellence in everything we do, from how we show up for one another, to the way we deliver a thoughtful, high-quality client experience. In June of 2025 Cable Hill Partners merged with Coldstream, and now we are looking to grow our team.

Team members work from our SW Portland office Monday - Thursday 7 : 30-4 : 00pm and Fridays 7 : 30-2 : 00pm. After the initial training period, Wealth Management Associates can work remotely 1-2 days per week.

What you will do :

• Exceptional Client Service : Going above and beyond to anticipate client needs, address concerns, and resolve issues quickly.

Serving as a primary point of contact with clients

Preparing meeting materials & summaries

Delegating tasks to Client Service Associates

In terms of pay expectations, we assess each candidate individually based on their experience and qualifications and offer competitive compensation that reflects the value they bring to the team. Base pay typically starts between $80k and $90k, plus an annual bonus and a generous benefits package. Licensed individuals can also participate in our New Business Incentive program.
