We’re currently hiring Warehouse Workers to support CHS Lubricants' blending and packaging operations in Inver Grove Heights. This contract-to-hire opportunity is ideal for individuals who are motivated, detail-oriented, and ready to make a difference in a fast-paced production environment.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Package lubricant products in various-sized containers on a production line
- Operate assembly and material handling equipment, including forklifts
- Support inventory control, order picking, and receiving
- Perform line changeovers, machine monitoring, and minor adjustments
- Follow all safety, food safety, and sanitation procedures
- Maintain cleanliness in all assigned work areas
- Assist with team training and support new employee onboarding
- Perform general labor tasks, including equipment operation, plant cleanup, and grounds maintenance
