Founders 3 is looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our maintenance team. You would join the team at the Monona Shores Apartments in Madison, WI. If you are looking for a growing company that invests in its employees, then Founders 3 is the place for you.

Maintenance Technicians play a proactive role in the customer service provided to our clients. We ask our Maintenance team members to have a practical mind and keen attention to details as they develop and execute preventative maintenance plans.

Areas of responsibility include :

• Maintain plumbing, heating, alarm systems and in some cases automated building systems
• Complete manual repairs such as fixing locks, replacing windows, minor plumbing and electrical
• Conduct general property upkeep including : property walks, landscaping, pest control, painting and light carpentry
• Perform property inspections and upkeep
• Prepare building or property reports on computer or tablet
