Responsibilities Position is in an acute care setting within the Care Coordinator unit focused on case management and utilization review Day shifts with 8-hour shifts and every other weekend required First to float as needed within the facility Uses Cerner EMR system with experience preferred Responsibilities include care coordination and utilization review within an acute care framework Candidates who have been directly employed by CommonSpirit, CHI, or Dignity health systems in the past year are not eligible 12 hours of orientation provided upon start Must pass a clinical assessment and required modules / testing if applicable for region First time travelers will be considered for this assignment Scrubs or dress code requirements will be discussed during onboarding Requirements Active CA RN license required; state or compact licensure will be accepted if already active Current BLS certification required Minimum of 2 years recent experience in care coordination or case management Must have solid prior experience with Dignity / CommonSpirit health systems Previous experience with Cerner EMR is preferred Two professional references required : one supervisor reference from the past 12 months, and one peer or supervisor reference from the past 3 years Copy of driver’s license must be provided for consideration Benefits High Pay and Bonuses Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options 401(k) Plan Weekly Payroll Deposit Free Online CEUs Generous Housing Allowance Travel and Licensure Reimbursements Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy Traveler Rewards and Discounts American Traveler Job ID P-604446.
