Facility near Pittsburgh, PA seeking CRNA locums coverage Opportunity Highlights

• Full-Time Schedule : We are looking for 1-2 FTE providers, requiring a minimum of 3 shifts per week and a 6-month contract to start.
• Team-Based Anesthesia : You will work in a Medical Direction model, alongside an MD and potentially an SRN A, though you will not work solo. Assignments include providing hands-on care and rotating for break / lunch coverage.
• High-Volume Surgical Focus : The hospital averages 65 cases per day across all locations (up to 350 cases per week). UPMC Shadyside specializes in complex procedures, including Surgical Oncology with intraoperative chemoperfusion.
• Diverse Case Mix : Assignments cover the Main OR, On-Site ASC, GI Lab, EP Lab, and Radiology. Service lines include complex neuro, cardiac, robotics, major vascular, Ortho, ENT, Urology, and GI. There is no OB coverage.
• EMR System : The facility uses Cerner SA Anesthesia.
• Privileging : Full and temporary privileges are available, with an estimated credentialing time of 60 days.
