From preparation to recovery, you’ll be at the forefront of patient care, with opportunities to expand your skills in advanced and pulmonary teams.

Your Responsibilities

In this dynamic role, you will :

• Provide direct patient care during all phases of endoscopy procedures.
• Administer moderate sedation under the guidance of a physician.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for both inpatient and outpatient populations.
• Delegate tasks to unlicensed personnel as appropriate.
• Conduct initial assessments and develop tailored care plans based on patient and family needs.
• Continuously evaluate and modify care plans to enhance patient outcomes.
• Ensure patient and employee safety by identifying and addressing hazards.
• Engage in constructive feedback and professional development with peers.
• Prepare patients for procedures, including health history reviews and IV starts.
• Monitor and sedate patients during procedures, providing care in both phase 1 and phase 2 recovery.
• Assist the CRNA during anesthesia-related cases.
