Acquisition And Development Evaluations Manager
Manages the A&D Evaluations staff, which handles data aggregation, technical and commercial analysis, and final underwriting for all acquisition targets.
Essential Job Responsibilities :
- Working manager who supervises the A&D Evaluations staff
- Manages numerous projects simultaneously, both bank-led processes and internally generated ideas
- Attends offsite meetings, management presentations, etc.
- Responsible for the final analysis of all acquisition targets
- Responsible for the final board presentation materials for all deal reviews / approvals
- Analyzes and presents content to support final recommendations
- Works closely with Corporate Development staff in the A&D team to source acquisition opportunities
- Works closely with Business Development staff in the A&D team to generate new deal leads
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Conducts employee performance evaluations
- Assists with hiring and retention of personnel
- Adheres to established work schedule, attendance standards and is punctual to work and meetings

Fifteen (15) years minimum experience in the energy industry (preferably midstream focused) with success at increasingly difficult job responsibilitiesEight (8) years minimum experience specific in A&D, Business Development, or finance related roles.Ability to accurately and quickly solve complex commercial and financial problemsAbility to complete multiple, diverse tasks of differing priorities with minimal guidanceAbility to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, other departments, senior management, and outside business contacts.Ability to channel competitive intelligence into transactionsExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with specific ability to translate complex commercial information into an organized and presentable mannerOutstanding management, administrative, and organizational skillsProficiency in the use and application of Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word, etc)Education Requirements, Certifications, Licenses, and Registrations :
Required : Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year university or college with a degree in Engineering, Finance, or EconomicsPreferred : Master's in Business AdministrationPreferred : Chartered Financial Analyst (Level I, II, or III)
