The Department of Literature & Languages at Marymount University invites applications for dual-enrollment adjunct instructors. Faculty will teach designated Marymount classes at their home high school institution. Interviews will occur as open positions become available.

Direct Supervisor : Director, School of Interdisciplinary Studies.

Status : Part-Time, Exempt.

Division : Academic Affairs.

Target Weekly Hours : 10.

Location : Main Campus.

Benefits : No.

Major Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Teach designated courses.
  • Participate in staff graded midterm and final exams when applicable.
  • Be available to advise students concerning their coursework.

Job Requirements :

  • Candidates must have completed the M.A. or Ph.D. in English or related fields and show active engagement in pedagogical development and scholarship.

    • Financial Responsibility : None.
