Job Summary :

As an Associate Engineer, you will build highly scalable, cutting-edge software and application solutions for our enterprise clients.

Travel Requirements :

In this role you will be expected to travel up to 10%. It will be based in Texas.

Job Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with various teams including customers, project managers, architects, and sales to define requirements, interfaces, implementation approaches, and scalable and reusable solutions.
• Collaborate and take guidance from architects, engineering managers, and team leads to learn and implement best practices across various projects.
• Drive technical excellence and implementation of best engineering practices such as design review, continuous integration, and test-driven development.
• Be a hands-on problem solver and lead from the front in continuously exploring new technology platforms.
• Ensure adoption of best-in-class quality assurance techniques to deliver very high-quality software solutions.
• Assemble and present technology delivery pitches to senior technical and non-technical audiences.
• Work in a mutually interdependent structure spanning across business, technology, and other functions helping unblock teams and resolve issues.
• Work closely with the client engagement partner to improve client relationships.
• Efficiently manage the day-to-day operations and client communication.
