Job Title : Physical Therapist

Job Specialty : Outpatient Physical Therapy

Job Duration : 13 weeks

Shift : 5x8 hours or 4x10 hours; schedule may change according to facility needs

Guaranteed Hours : 40 hours per week

Experience : Minimum of 2 years

License : Submission required, with a willingness to wait

Certifications : BLS

Must-Have : Experience in an outpatient setting is required

Job Description :

• Engage in outpatient physical therapy services, comprising 95% of the assignment.
• Participate in inpatient shifts on weekends once a month.
• Flexibility to work at the main campus or outpatient clinic as needed.
• Chart patient information using Epic Systems Corporation - EpicCare Inpatient - EMR.
• Contribute to a Trauma Level 3 acute care setting.
• Successfully manage schedule changes based on facility requirements.
• Complete required orientation hours (13 hours).
• Participate in interviews managed by hospital managers.
• Adhere to the cancellation policy guidelines for shift adjustments.
