Job Title : Registered Nurse (RN) - Medical-Surgical Unit (Day & Night Shifts)

Shifts Available : Day Shift & Night Shift | Rotating Weekends

Salary Range : $30.04 - $41.50 per hour (DOE)

Shift Differentials : $4 / hour (Nights & Weekends)

Sign-On Bonus : Up to $30,000 for eligible Night Shifts (2-year commitment)

Relocation Assistance : Available

Job Summary :

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses (Med-Surg RNs) to join our leading-edge medical-surgical team in Kansas City. Our Medical-Surgical Unit supports adult patients with various medical, surgical, cardiac, neurologic, and trauma-related needs. Ideal for RNs who want to build deep clinical knowledge, sharpen decision-making skills, and work closely with interdisciplinary teams in a Level I Trauma Center .

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments following standards of care.
• Develop and evaluate personalized patient care plans.
• Deliver high-quality direct nursing care to med-surg patients and monitor progress.
• Supervise LPNs and other non-licensed staff under the RN scope of practice.
• Provide emotional and educational support to patients and their families.
• Utilize evidence-based practices in all patient interactions.
