Warehouse Floater - 1st Shift

Warehouse Worker

Candidates will serve as floaters in a warehouse environment, engaging in tasks such as pick packing, machine operation, inventory control, and cleaning duties.

Perform pick packing tasks efficiently.

Operate machinery as required within the warehouse.

Manage inventory control processes.

Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse area.

Proficiency in packaging, picking, unloading, shipping, and receiving.

Experience with warehouse inventory management.

Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and sit-down forklifts.

Capability to use order pickers and perform heavy lifting.

Experience in material handling.

Skills in machine operation.

Familiarity with pick packing and packaging techniques.

Enjoy yearly raises of 1-2 dollars per hour and a Christmas bonus of 100 dollars for each year of service. After your contract, receive a 1-2 dollar raise. Celebrate with a 4th of July party where 30k in prizes are given out. The warehouse is temperature-controlled for your comfort.

This is a contract to hire position based out of NA, Tennessee.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. This is a fully onsite position in Johnson City, TN.
