What You’ll Do

  • Problem Solver : Help investigate and respond to customer feedback and quality issues (Customer Corrective Actions – CARs).
  • Team Player : Work with suppliers to resolve product or component issues (Supplier Corrective Actions – SCARs).
  • Data-Driven : Collect and analyze quality data to help make smarter business decisions.
  • Process Improver : Suggest and support changes that enhance how we deliver quality products.
  • Documentation Support : Help maintain the systems that keep our quality documentation ISO-compliant.
  • Quality Champion : Support inspection processes, calibration, and quality certifications.
  • Hands-On Experience : Gain exposure to Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) processes and support certification testing.
  • Cross-Functional Work : Collaborate with manufacturing, purchasing, project managers, and customer service teams.

What We’re Looking For

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field
  • 0–2 years of experience (internships, co-ops, or school projects are great!)
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for problem-solving
  • Comfortable communicating technical info with teammates and customers
  • A desire to learn and grow in a collaborative environment
  • What You’ll Learn

  • Industry standards in Quality Assurance (including ISO 9001 and ESD)
  • Real-world applications in Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS)
  • How to work across departments and build effective team relationships
  • Tools and techniques for continuous improvement and root cause analysis
