Key Responsibilities
Manage escalated Blend support cases and ensure timely resolution
Act as a subject matter expert for Blend platform issues and troubleshoot configurations
Collaborate with teams to resolve integration issues and lead root cause analysis on recurring problems
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience
3+ years of experience supporting Blend or similar mortgage POS platforms
Experience with Blend configuration, user roles, and workflow setup
In-depth understanding of the mortgage loan lifecycle and compliance requirements
Advanced troubleshooting skills for Blend system issues across user groups
